We are are located in the small rural town of East Sooke,on Vancouver Island Canada.We are blessed to be on the most beautiful 5 acres,where we raise our 3 young boys as well as our 3 horses,Cricket,Chelsea and Chipotle and our cat,Sheira.
I have been born and raised on the farm and grew up in 4-H showing our horses,sheep and steers.I have always had animals as a part of my life.My mother has raised and shown Great Pyrenees for the last 45 years as well as been a vet tech for 20 years.It is such a privilege to have such a wealth of information to draw on!
I have had Boxers from the time I was very young,but started showing and breeding in 2000,so for the last 8 years.I am so blessed to be a stay at home mother and be able to pursue my love and passion for my animals as a wonderful hobby! I owe so much to my wonderful husband!
We are a small hobby breeder raising and showing our boxers to make a beneficial contribution to the boxer breed.
Our goal in our breeding program is combining the substance and temperament of the German lines with the refinement and elegance of the North American lines.
While loving the beauty and elegance of our NA Boxer,I feel some of the wonderful characteristics have been lost from the original mother of the breed,the German Boxer when breeding the NA Boxer to obtain this more refined beauty.I find the German lines to be far more laid back..not nearly as hyper active..especially when greeting new guests and so forth.The German Boxer is very loyal and very NON aggressive...something that seems to be coming quite common in the NA Boxers,usually toward other dogs.I have also found the German Boxers to be much more rigorous, healthy and far more adaptable.
We have had the wonderful privilege of obtaining the best of both worlds,with our outstanding female we imported from Germany,we could not ask for a better pedigree!! And as well as on the North American side,with our wonderful male from Arizona,we have some of Germany's, Canada's and America's best bloodlines!
